Book sales supplement collection expansion funds as well as children’s and adult library programming. The Friends of the Library welcomes your donations that are in suitable condition for resale at our book sale. Donations for the October book sale will be accepted beginning Monday, September 9, 2024 – a limit of 2-3 boxes per person, please. The book sale will take place on October 17, 18, 19, and 21.

The library accepts the following items:

• New books or gently used books in very good condition (adult and children’s)
• Puzzles, DVDs, and computer games

The library does not accept the following items:

• Magazines
• Books that are old, torn, yellowed, or damaged by mold, water, or dirt
• Reader’s Digest Condensed books
• Textbooks
• VHS tapes
• Encyclopedias
