Gebhardt School’s Summer Reading Challenge

Fourth and fifth grade students of Gebhardt Elementary School are invited to do double duty with their summer reading this year by taking part in the Gebhardt Summer Reading Challenge.  Students are encouraged to read books that have Accelerated Reader quizzes so that they can earn AR points for themselves and their homerooms.  Students can check to see if a book is an AR title here.  After reading the book, take the AR quiz by using your school login information.

The homeroom from each grade level with the highest AR points will receive a prize, and the overall Grand Champion will receive additional fame and glory.

To keep track of the AR points you earn, use Home Connect.  Home Connect will also calculate your average quiz score and reading level, in addition to keeping track of what AR books you have already read.  To log in to Home Connect, use your school login information.
